This newly created Head of Marketing role offers the challenge and opportunity of leading the strategic planning and delivery of product and service marketing to build deeper relationships with customers and drive growth for BNZ. You'll be working with a fantastically talented team to shape how we show up to New Zealand and deliver on our brand platform of Let's find a Way.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We spoke with our GM - Marketing & Design (who you'd report to), and she let us know the following about the tūranga (role):
**What are some day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Deeply understanding the customers and communities we seek to serve.
- Lead and inspire a team of customer strategy and marketing communications specialists to create campaigns and programmes that build our brand and deliver to the BNZ Strategic Ambition.
- Development of capability and relationships to truly partner with the business to ensure maximum impact on customer outcomes.
- Work in poetic synchronicity with our agency partners to optimise creative delivery and marketing investment.

You will lead a team to identify marketing opportunities, driving exceptional strategic thinking, marketing planning and campaign execution to deliver a Marketing Plan that responds to and supports our Strategic Ambition and growth objectives.

Success will look like a proven track record of successful campaigns that drive product and service consideration and conversion. This role will also strive to strengthen the visibility and value of marketing within the organisation.
