Our client is one of New Zealand’s largest full-service residential-led property groups, delivering aspirational and affordable housing across the Auckland market. With an in-house team of specialists, they provide end-to-end solutions to improve housing outcomes for thousands of Aucklanders.
Covering everything from funds management and construction, to property sales and portfolio management - their services span the full spectrum of property. They are a company with larger-than-life goals and are looking to lead the global property investment tech space.
They are looking for an experienced Group Head of CRM and Marketing Automation to join their passionate team in their brand new Manukau, Auckland office.

With an entrepreneurial spirit deep within their DNA, they thrive on innovation and challenging the status quo to set the benchmark of excellence within the property sector and beyond.
This is a newly created position, that will shape their entire CX through to CRM and marketing automation, reporting directly to the CMO.
As the CRM owner and evangelist, you will use your curiosity, skill and experience to bring to life a new CX journey for customers by developing a total new roadmap and workflow for both existing and new customers - the how/when/and via what channel they speak to their customers. You will work across end-to-end Customer Experience & Journeys, Social Strategies, CRM and Loyalty programs. You will build, develop and nurture these programs ensuring the are 100% customer centric.
**In this role you will**:

- Implement CRM and Marketing Automation infrastructure that is fit for purpose across this multi-faceted business
- Work alongside key stakeholders including their Business Intelligence and Digital team to ensure all strategies implemented complement the broader objectives of the business and are aligned with future plans and direction
- Analyse data and customer/ prospect activity maximising commercial opportunities and highlight key areas for review, analysis and improvements
- Build out the CRM Marketing Automation team (in time)
- Be at home in a fast-paced environment and be able to act with nimbleness to deliver against tight time frames
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same

**Your Background**:

- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar commercially focused CRM role from a similar B2C industry - you could come from tech, airline, retail, loyalty, e-commerce, telco, fintech, financial services
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and hit the ground running - this role is as equally hands-on as it is strategic
- Strong CRM and Marketing automation experience with exposure to the big CRM tech program like SFMC, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe
- Attitude - positive, collaborative, pro-active with a bias for action and great with stakeholders of all levels
