We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing team in executing our 2025 marketing strategy.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
From TRA’s head office in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) you’ll manage our talented Marketing team for twelve months (parental leave) starting mid-November 2024.

The role involves leading the execution of comprehensive B2B marketing strategies across brand building, thought leadership, digital marketing, events, PR and partnerships, tailored to TRA's unique positioning, proposition and sales mechanics.

The Head of Marketing’s key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the implementation of TRA’s 2025 marketing plan, ensuring all objectives are met within budget and making strategic adjustments as necessary.
- Managing and being guardian of TRA’s brand.
- Maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships across TRA’s offices, ensuring alignment with the company-wide brand marketing strategies while catering to local market needs.
- Managing industry partnerships with organisations like The Marketing Association and Research Society.
- Overseeing public relations in collaboration with TRA’s publicist for media engagements.
- Inclusively leading TRA’s marketing team, with two direct reports.

You are a seasoned B2B marketing generalist keen for a new challenge in a creative environment, with a strong grasp of advertising, consulting, and research industry dynamics.

Your experience means you know what “great” looks like, and you can bring clarity and direction to projects, empowering your team to keep workstreams on track.

You’re an adept stakeholder and partner manager, able to balance and prioritise requests against the overall needs of the business and collaborate with teams across client service, design, and people and capability.

You use innovative and creative thinking to solve challenges and explore new ideas. You encourage your team to do the same.

You can quickly onboard into systems, processes and plans, as well as frameworks and thinking.
