The company has locations in Australia and New Zealand and offers a range of services to help people prevent, detect and treat melanoma, and other skin cancers.

**The Opportunity**

Our products allow us to give our customers their best chance against skin cancer. We offer full body mole maps and skin checks in our clinics, and in the corporate space we provide education seminars and surveillance of skin in the corporate setting.

We see an opportunity to really grow this channel by partnering with businesses who care about their employees skin wellness.

This role is a rare opportunity to be accountable for the entire end to end sales and marketing strategy, sales and marketing systems and processes, pricing, product and the performance and development of the sales and marketing team.

It is an executive role, heading an experienced and capable team who will help you make your mark within weeks of joining.

Just as we are Australia and New Zealand preferred skin health care partner for consumers, we also want that position in corporate Australia and New Zealand so we need a strategic sales and marketing leader, who is close enough to the technical aspects of sales and marketing to be able to innovatively grow and support the existing team to acquire new corporate business rapidly.

**The Job**

Our current B2B sales team have done an excellent job growing our corporate market share this financial year and in FY24 and beyond, we see more unprecedented growth, meaning the team will benefit from experienced sales and marketing leadership to help them keep this momentum going.

Reporting to the CEO, this is a new role, so the right person will have the freedom to craft it to deliver the following outputs:

- Develop and execute an integrated sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the business growth strategy and targets new B2B customers while also focusing on our existing consumer and corporate clients.
- Lead teams, and agencies to develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns, including content marketing, podcasts and other appropriate online and offline marketing activities.
- Manage the sales team’s pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, using a consultative leadership approach to develop their solutions selling skills.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Listen to customer feedback to develop products, features and benefits and position them for channel growth into corporate B2B customers.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop pricing strategies and create sales collateral
- Define scalable sales processes and metrics to measure performance of the sales teams activity.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

**The Ask**

We have an experienced and dedicated sales and marketing team, and they need an inspirational leader that can help them take the company and their careers to the next level. For this reason, it is imperative you can demonstrate:

- Strong strategic and operational leadership, and deep technical skills in both sales and marketing
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or recent formal study in the Sales & Marketing discipline
- 5 years or more of demonstrated impact leading the B2B sales and marketing agenda in a growing small to medium business (numbers matter)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful sales and marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth in the B2B space.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing, mentoring and growing the careers of sales and marketing professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to an executive team discussion in a robust, but collegiate manner.
- Healthcare market experience or a better than average knowledge of the healthcare industry.
