**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the_National Sales Manager_, this role covers 3 key areas:
- Estimating and quoting
- Managing key customer relationships
- Developing new business
The sales and estimating component of this role, includes the ability to provide solutions for our clients through scoping a wide range or property maintenance challenges, and matching these with the services we provide.
This role is focussed on Building Washing and Industrial Abseiling and, depending on the client, cross selling the additional property services we offer. A good portion of this role is to farm our existing clients within the business, while also looking for new business in this area. As experience is gained in this area, it is expected these relationships will be managed effectively to ensure continuity and growth with these existing and new clients.
As an_Account Manager / Estimator_, you will disseminate all sales/job information via our CRM system to the operations team who will be overseeing our site teams. In addition you will be expected:
- To achieve budgeted sales and profit targets, and
- To develop, manage and enhance strong relationships with customers by ensuring customer satisfaction
**ABOUT YOU**:
Ideally you will have experience in account management, sales and estimating in the building maintenance or construction sector. An understanding of the labour and time components of a job in order to scope and quote accurately is ideal.
You will be systems savvy with the ability to pick up and proficiently work within our CRM system as well as the Microsoft 365 suite such as Excel, Word and SharePoint/Teams
- Preferably two years of sales and estimation experience gained within the Cleaning, Construction, or labour orientated industry or similar.
- Proficient mathematical and computer skills will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage communication and project/tender documentation.
- Energetic and confident with proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Valid Full NZ drivers licence.
- Ability to successfully manage relationships and sales with existing customers.
- Resilient with a strong work ethic.
- Diligent in following up with customers.
- Competitive and motivated to excel.
- Team player - to develop strong internal working relationships.
- Ability to learn quickly and ask the right questions.
