National Key Accounts Manager

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies and plans to drive growth with Bunnings New Zealand.
You will work closely with the sales team and Bunnings buyers and category managers to ensure that sales targets are not only met but exceeded. You will be a key player in ensuring that our client maintains their position as a leader in their industry.
**About the role**:
- Manage and grow the relationship with Bunnings New Zealand
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets
- Develop and implement account strategies and plans to drive sales
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of account strategies with company goals
- Ensure all activities comply with the company's values, policies and procedures
**About you**:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in key account management, specifically with Bunnings, at both buyer and category levels
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Highly competent in Excel with comfort with numbers and analysis
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- You have the ability to travel Nationally as required
