This position forms part of the Accounts/Administration Team and is responsible for the effective management and processing of general office and accounts tasks ensuring consistent quality and timely processing of work

**As an Accounts Administrator, some of your key areas of responsibility will include**:

- Accounts Receivables-Completing Sales orders & processing into customer invoices, account reconciliations, research and resolving payment discrepancies, investigatingand resolving customer queries, processingcredit notes where necessary
- Month-end closing / Account Reconciliation / Reporting
- Assist in following up on, collecting, and allocate payments
- Accounts Payables - processing Freight invoices and assisting in some AP invoices
- Assist with Monthly GST and month-end journals
- Assisting with accounts for accountant/preparation
- Provisional Tax
- Processing of weekly wages through Lauranka, ACE/MYOB
- Preparation of IRD payments for PAYE
- Ordering of stationery items
- Review AR & AP processes and communicate any potential or present issues raised

**To be successful in this role**:

- Strong accounting/finance background
- Excellent communication - written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills and intermediate to advanced Excel experience
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is a must for this role
- NZ permanent residency or NZ citizenship
