Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- To lead and accelerate Rebel adults’ footwear, for the account in the Pacific - Rebel Sport NZ
The ambition is to drive the portfolio and grow market share for adidas. The role will be responsible to lead the categories of adults’ footwear & hardware for Rebel NZ- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a specific strategy and execution of growing Footwear & hardware sales, engaging with all key stakeholders in Rebel.
- Drive a sales plan to win in Footwear and Hardware in Rebel and achieve above market growth.
- build aligned process & strategy to ensure adidas activation and brand visibility is maximised
- build an initiatives road map to optimise and win across instore and digital shelf & consumer journey
- Inventory management, via contract management.
- Fiscal responsibilities including net sales, margin and inventory management
- Required to travel; bi-annually to Australia and regionally for market visits and staff trainings
- Key Tasks:

- To develop the overall adults footwear and hardware strategy for rebel for adidas
- Lead a specific strategy and execution of growing digital and store sales, engaging at all levels of Rebel.
- identify and execute in season opportunities & events to drive net sales
- drive and support Rebels strategy in line with our priorities, maximising our sport positioning in the account
- define the consumer path to purchase to drive brand presence above competition

- To measure progress on own KPIs.
- To report to all superiors, potentially along MIS guidelines.
- To monitor all reports.
- To monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities and propose/initiate/take actions.
- To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customers performances.
- KPIs:
- Market share within Rebel
- Online sales growth and Share
- Sell through.
- Net sales and Margin.
- Implementation support for global and market initiatives.
- Key Relationships:
- Global - Global Channel Management, Sales Development
- Markets - Account Mktg, Range Management, Assortment Planning, Trade Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service.
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Functional
- Sales and/or Marketing of which min 4 years in Sales.
- Industry - Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG.
- Exposure - Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain.
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business with marketing and sales focus.
