Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career in Sales & Key Account Management with a key market player in the Health and Wellness industry?

This Key Account Executive is a newly created role in our company, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, results-focused person to join our Specialist Sales team.

Reporting to the Key Account Manager - Convenience & New Business, in this exciting role, you will provide key account management support for the Petrol and Convenience business with promotional, marketing and administration support to assist in delivering the sales strategies & growth plans for this fast-growing channel.

With the ability to build strong relationships, this role will also be responsible for the day-to-day sales and management of the Unstructured Route, Vending, Sports & Fitness accounts to ensure all opportunities are identified and maximised.

**Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:
**Key Account Management**:

- Accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets across each customer group, Unstructured Route, Vending, Sports & Fitness accounts.
- Present activity and new products, review performance, provide category insights and develop category plans, negotiate ranging, discounts and gain competitor insights.
- Negotiating plans, managing trade spend and developing effective promotional plans to deliver budgets.
- Effectively nurture, strengthen and build relationships with key customers.
- Key point of contact for all new and existing account queries, orders and product information.

**Key Account Support**:
Supporting with the development and delivery of Petrol & Convenience Business Plans and promotional programs.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for compliant Petrol & Convenience Channel
- Manage processes associated with NPD sell in and new product launches.
- Petrol & Convenience Trade & Supplier show planning, support & attendance.

**What you'll need to bring**:

- Tertiary qualified preferred
- 2 years' experience in FMCG or Sports & Fitness industry preferably with experience in Key Accounts and Field Sales
- Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strengths in presentation, negotiation and influencing.
- Strong prioritisation, time management, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point, experience with IRI/Nielsen Software
- Energy, warmth, proactive team player and a commitment to empowering healthier lives
