***About the opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a Key Account Specialist to join our Milwaukee Team based in Auckland. This will be good opportunity for someone that wants to get off the power tools but wants to stay in the industry. Your primary outcome is to understand the Milwaukee products in depth so you can confidently show end users the Milwaukee solution and achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned industry.
**Key Duties**:
- Be a champion for Milwaukee NZ within the assigned Industry, understanding the key segments, users, competitors, and weaknesses.
- Build and manage relationships within your assigned area.
- Effectively present and sell the Milwaukee advantage to users.
- Organize industry-specific customer trade events and attend awards nights.
- Identify and convert strategic (large) users in the assigned industry
- Operate within budget guidelines achieve set KPIs and support the wider business to achieve organisational objectives.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, and activities and provide feedback to Management.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective time management and exceptional organizational skills
- Confidence in presenting to small groups
- Adaptability to a dynamic and diverse environment
- Results-driven and achievement-oriented with high standards.
