As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts, with a primary focus on creating significant partnerships within the Dairy Sector. You will focus on the organisation's value proposition and bring strong strategic acumen to build and grow sales pipelines and offerings.

- Work closely and proactively with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferred approach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage various projects simultaneously which are focused on sustainable packaging.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering their technical knowledge and capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years working in an Account Management, Sales based and/or client facing role. You will have a hunger to succeed with strong initiative to identify and seek out business opportunities through various networks. If you have a structured approach, analytical prowess and a proven ability to truly sell the value proposition of your products demonstrating the commercial value to your customers then this could be the role for you
This role is located in Auckland but can also be located in Hamilton/Waikato.
Experience and a background working in manufacturing and knowledge of the Dairy Sector is highly desirable.
