**About the role**:

- You will contribute to the company’s target objectives with one direct report as well as generating sales via your own customer base
- Negotiation of national supply agreements with the Group Housing channel will be a primary focus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the company's top 20 new build and retrofit customers
- Collaborate with the General Manager in developing and implementing annual sales targets and quarterly sales plan
- Manage a consistent and relevant call cycle program across relevant architects and building companies in the North Island
- Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver on sales targets
- Work closely with projects team to ensure we maintain an excellent end-to-end service
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management

**About you**:

- You have relevant sales management experience from within the building industry
- A proven track record of hunting and securing new client relationships
- You are experienced in negotiating national supply agreements with group housing companies
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- You bring a results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in utilising CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills to analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
