**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
This is a strategic leadership role is responsible for proactively leading the National Health Monitoring & Exposure Programme and any other related, assigned Critical Risk Programme, ensuring alignment to Te Whatu Ora's Risk Framework.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Experience needed to lead the health monitoring & exposure programme in an environment that demands intricate problem-solving and critical thinking to achieve the health and safety management of workers at a national level for Te Whatu Ora, while holding accountability for recommending key performance indicators and providing management systems for achieving healthy outcomes for Te Whatu Ora workers
- Previous responsibility at a leadership level for developing, maintaining, and influencing mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships.
- Programme and/or project management in a large complex organisation
- Several years of experience in healthcare or a similar industry
- Developing and implementing an Occupational Health & Wellbeing related Management Framework in a large organisation
