**A little bit about this PA role**
This is a newly created role. Basically, we have a number of exceptional leaders in the tech recruitment space and part of ensuring their ongoing success is to ensure we are investing in their support. We identified that they need specific support from a PA superstar to not only ensure their ongoing success but to ensure that our business plans as we move forward are successful (and fun, because fun is important too). You will work directly with our tech leaders and will have the opportunity to report to our EA (who is frankly exceptional, so you’re going to get some great development too).
**Your day-to-day could look a bit like the following**:
Recruitment administration: supporting managers with the hiring process from start to finish
Proactive workflow management
Assisting with the management of data in internal CRM as well as clients CRMs
Project support & process improvement: we are not ones to stick with the status quo - we are all about making sure we are working in the best and most efficient way possible
Ensuring the path is cleared for the recruitment leaders to maintain high standards, client delivery, business expansion and value creation
General administration and making sure that everything is working optimally
