**Claims Adviser - CBD**
- Assessing claims and gathering necessary documentation.
- Investigating claims accurately in a timely manner.
- Liaising with clients, policyholders, and relevant stakeholders to gather information.
- Evaluating policy coverage and determining the appropriate course of action.
- Keeping accurate records of claims and maintaining timely communication.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.

**Broker support - Takapuna**
- Collaborate closely with the broker to gather necessary information and identify opportunities for growth.
- Processing renewals and complete regulation and compliance documentation.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the broker and various internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of client transactions.
- Study for your level 5 certification alongside your job - all paid for by them

**Claims Support - Takapuna**
- Offering claims support to two Senior claims managers
- Lodging the claims
- Following up with stakeholders
- Providing excellent communication to clients

**Claims Adviser - Takapuna**

- Investigating claims thoroughly and accurately in a timely manner.
- Liaising with clients, policyholders, and relevant stakeholders to gather information.

- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.
