As an expert in supply chain management, you'll orchestrate seamless coordination between insurers, suppliers, and adjusters to ensure efficient and cost-effective claim resolutions.

By optimizing the insurance claims supply chain, you'll ensure that our customers receive prompt, efficient, and hassle-free claim resolutions. From coordinating repairs to sourcing quality suppliers, your efforts will directly translate into peace of mind for our customers during challenging times. Your dedication to streamlining processes and fostering strong supplier relationships will ultimately enhance the overall customer experience, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted insurance provider
**You can expect to be across the following**:
- Coordinate and lead regular claims supplier performance review meetings with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor supplier performance, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Manage day to day escalations and be the conduit for our teams and our partners.
- Implement best practices to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Generate regular reports on supply chain performance metrics in accordance with agreed supplier schedules.
- Utilise data analytics to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions to exceed targets.
- Structure and organise the cadence of reviews along with meeting facilitation, quality presentations and repository of schedules, reports and minutes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, fostering a collaborative and value-driven approach.
- Work closely with suppliers to align their processes with Tower's values and strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain.
- Streamline supply chain processes by leveraging digital tools and technologies.
- Assess risks associated with supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with risk management teams to minimise potential impacts on claims processing.
**What you'll need**
**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and performance, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong administration, planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills to collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Demonstrate structure to the facilitation of meetings, invites, agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Familiarity with digital tools, data analytics, and process optimisation.
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a claims environment is an advantage.
