**Your new role**

Deliver a superior claims service, determining policy coverage, investigating, evaluating, and negotiating resolutions. Other key aspects of your role will include:

- Working collaboratively within the team to pro-actively manage your own portfolio general liability claims to a successful resolution.
- Managing the litigation process in conjunction with our Legal Panel
- Building strong and meaningful client and stakeholder relationships by demonstrating positive lines of communication and displaying an empathetic approach that aligns QBE values.
- Identifying and implementing strategies to minimize claims cost and leakage, and actively participating in and promoting the risk management culture within the team.
- Supporting and mentoring Claims Specialists on technical and complex matters as required.

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to analyse and negotiate.
