We are seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our Operations Support Services team in New Plymouth.

**About the Role**

Based in our New Plymouth office, this role is pivotal to Chubb’s ongoing success in the Fire market across New Zealand.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Directly coordinate and plan the daily activities of Field Service Technicians.
- Schedule daily and advance work assignments for technicians, ensuring a first-time fix in compliance with legislated tolerances, SLA’s, and KPI’s.
- Assess and solve problems, addressing underlying causes to prevent recurrence.
- Provide support to colleagues and work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve and enhance activities as customer and business requirements change.
- Manage day-to-day building compliance requirements for the region, issuing 12A and BWOF with sufficient lead time.
- Assist in planning and organizing key activities for the Central Region, including client, supplier, and technician liaison, issuing purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Working with stakeholders including: General Management, Branch Managers/Supervisors, Sales team, Key Accounts team, Technicians, Customers, Operations Support Teams

**About You**
- Ideally experience in the Fire Industry with a sound understanding of compliance requirements, regulations, and NZ standards.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers, fostering long-term relationships.
- Customer-centric with an uncompromising approach to quality service
Results oriented with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop
- High level of interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Experienced using Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experienced with ERP systems i.e., Pronto Xi
- Clear and concise report writing skills.
- Self organised with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities
- Team-oriented, collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Ensure on-time delivery of results through the coordination of field tech, sub-contractors, IQP, and self.
