***As Programme coordinator, you will work collaboratively within the Asset & Facilities Management team to provide support to the day to day operations of the team. A key focus will be producing written reports, maintaining spreadsheets, finances, and registers.

**Ō** pūkenga/Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a broad understanding of facilities and project management
- A general understanding of budgets, forecasting and cost modelling.
- Ability to develop and refine processes and procedures to maximise efficiency
- Ability to quickly grasp operational and building management issues and facilitate stakeholder engagement to reach practical solutions
- Have an understanding and appreciation of cultural issues and concerns in particular Tikanga Maori

The appointing salary for this role will be between $83,562 and $116,273 based on skills and experience.
