**Location: Midland Region - base negotiable**:**Hours: Permanent Part time 20 hours per week.**

**Job specific information**:
We are looking for someone who has:

- Experience in a service delivery organisation.
- Understanding of the disability sector and ability to relate to people with disabilities in a positive affirming manner.
- Ability to be able to analyse data and report on this clearly and concisely.
- Strategic approach to planning and monitoring.
- Experience in health and safety management, monitoring and/or service development.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver information on time.

The key focus of this role is to:

- Maintain effective working relationships with key Health and Safety personnel.
- Provide health and safety support, advice and guidance.
- Maintain BWare and other systems that relate to all health and safety protocols/activity for the Midland region.
- Report outcomes to the regional management team on incidents and accidents.
- Take a lead role in monitoring health and safety policies and their implementation.
