**Job description**:
**The Opportunity**:
Citycare Property is in an exciting period of growth, and we are seeking a talented Bid Coordinator to join us on the journey. your primary focus will be on coordinating and executing the proposal development process for Social Infrastructure projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, gathering information, conducting research and analysis, and supporting the preparation of tailored bid responses. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and collaborative approach will be critical in driving the successful execution of bid activities and reflecting Citycare Property's expertise and values in the proposals.
**The Bid Coordinator will**:
- Coordinate and administer bid activities, including organising meetings, maintaining documentation, and tracking progress throughout the proposal lifecycle.
- Support research and analysis efforts to gather relevant information on clients, project requirements, and industry trends for tailored bid responses.
- Assist in the writing and editing of bid content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to organisational messaging guidelines.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners involved in the bid process.
- Ensure compliance with bid requirements, formatting guidelines, and submission deadlines, while conducting quality assurance checks to deliver polished and error-free bid submissions.
**Skills and experience required**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a bid coordination or proposal support role, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple bids concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in using bid management software or tools to support the bid coordination process and enhance efficiency.
- Familiarity with bid evaluation processes and an understanding of the construction industry.
