**Position Overview**:
As a Project Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects' seamless execution. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be pivotal in coordinating project activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and building compliance records.
- Bid-coordination across tenders
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines are met
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Managing project control group meetings, taking minutes and actions
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders
- Any Ad-hoc project support relating to the project portfolio; as and when requested by project managers
