**About the Role**:
This is a fantastic role for a proactive eager individual to immerse themselves in the full lifecycle of bid writing and administration. From researching and crafting compelling content to coordinating submissions, you'll play a key role in helping us secure new opportunities and grow our business.

You'll benefit from exposure to a broad range of responsibilities, including:

- Researching, writing, and editing persuasive bids and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Managing bid teams and documentation and ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
- Supporting the bid team in maintaining and improving content libraries and templates.
- Collaborating with operational team members across departments nationally to gather key information.
- Assisting in the development of innovative ways to present our proposals.

**About You**:
We're looking for someone who is:

- A recent graduate with a strong academic background, ideally in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field or someone who is proficient in writing, looking for a change in career direction.
- A talented writer with the ability to tailor content for specific audiences.
- Exceptionally organised, with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- A team player with energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.

Previous experience in bid writing is not required—we're more interested in your potential. What matters most is your creativity, motivation, and drive to develop in this rewarding field.
