About the Role
The Bid Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting with the Bid Process via the Datacom system to devise diverse customer solutions.
What you’ll do
**As Bid Coordinator you will**:
- Maintaining an effective pre-sales engine to enable and optimise the bid function.
- Assisting the proposal process including the acquisition of all relevant information relating to the content of the proposal as well as the internal review of proposal.
- Coordinating the proposal process, collating documentation, writing content, and delivering on proposal specifications.
- Fulfilling administrative and support tasks which assist the bids team to manage proposal, win tenders and obtain opportunities.
- Writing pre-sales content for the delivery of proposals to clients and prospects.
What you’ll bring
- Sound administrative knowledge.
- Knowledge of the bid/sales process within a similar technical environment.
- 2+ years in an administrative or sales focussed role.
- Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
