Wellnz is seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to drive profitable business growth by developing new opportunities with clients and expanding our portfolio.

As a leader in human risk consultancy, we support employers in managing injury, illness, and overall wellbeing.

Make a meaningful impact on individuals recovering from injuries Work within a positive and collaborative team environment Build and maintain strong client relationships aligned with Wellnz's business objectives Enjoy the convenience of a carpark in the CBD for easy access to work We will count on you to: Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships with key decision-makers of self-insured clients to safeguard the Company's client relationships Manage a portfolio of about 15 - 20 clients, meeting with them quarterly to guide them through claims performance results, disputes, rehabilitation objectives and AEP Program reviews Manage annual reviews of client contracts and pricing structures, including cost-benefit analyses Progress key ACC strategic outcomes and business capabilities while managing accredited employer contracts Facilitate payment and debt management plans, influencing improvements in return-to-work rates What you need to have: Proven sales ability with outstanding negotiation skills and excellent communication capabilities Expert knowledge of injury claims management and the ACC AEP programme, with the ability to translate client needs into comprehensive solutions Extensive industry network and intelligence, with the ability to build and execute market-based sales plans Strong management, leadership, mentoring, and reporting skills Self-motivated, energetic, and able to analyse and interpret statistical and performance-related data What makes you stand out: Creativity and innovation in approach Sensitivity to equity, disabilities, and various social and cultural issues Up-to-date knowledge of changes to contracts, applicable legislation, and best practices A proven track record of creating and maintaining a complex sales pipeline with a high relationship orientation Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world's top insurance broker and risk advisor.
