Office Administrator

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to support our client who is a busy and prominent Real Estate office based in Auckland sunny North Shore
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional with a passion for marketing and real estate to join a top performing and fast-paced team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales agent, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
- Assist with property listings, creating marketing materials, and coordinating open houses and other events
- Maintain the agent's database of clients and leads, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- ad-hoc general office admin
**Key Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or marketing role, preferably in real estate or a related industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM and marketing software
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Valid NZ workinng rights
