The Stuff Events team have a busy and exciting season ahead delivering some of Aotearoa's largest mass participation events over summer. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a short-term stint with a collaborative team who are all about rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in It would suit recent graduates or university students who can commit to working until the end of March.

We're on the hunt for **two enthusiastic Customer Experience Support crew **to join our team. The Stuff Events team is proud to deliver world class events including NZ's largest fun run - Round the Bays, NZ House & Garden Tours, Central District Field Days and so much more.

Reporting to the Events Customer Experience Specialist, you will respond to enquiries in the respective events inboxes, provide day-to-day administrative support, manage event ticketing platforms, apps and online mobile guides, and provide general operational support to deliver the events. This is a unique opportunity for those looking to gain event experience or enjoy a fast paced working environment where no two days are the same.

You will be required to travel to support the delivery of events across the motu (all costs associated with travel are covered), so please consider the following requirements for each role before you apply:
**Events Customer Experience Support role 1**

Ideal start date : Monday 4 December 2023

Contract ends : Thursday, 28 March 2024
- This role will work predominantly across Round the Bays (28 Feb - 3 March) and Central District Field Days (13 - 17 March) and must be available to work on these event days.
- Please note for this role, there will be a stand-down period where the office will close between Friday 22 December, back in office on Monday 8 January._

**Events Customer Experience Support role 2**

Ideal start date: Wednesday 10 January 2024

Contract ends : Thursday, 28 March 2024
- This role will work predominantly across NZ House & Garden Tours and must be available to travel to all tours (Queenstown 16 & 17 Feb, Christchurch 23 & 24 Feb, Whanganui 15 & 16 March, Tauranga 22 & 23 March).

You don't need previous customer care experience to join us. Just the right attitude If you have some of below qualities, we want to hear from you:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to communicate well with a diverse range of audiences across our events.
- Ability to consistently deliver first class customer experience.
- Organised and able to multitask and keep tasks on track at all times.
- Computer savvy, familiar with Excel and experience working with a range of online platforms (event ticketing experience is beneficial).
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a small team.
- Previous experience in an office-based customer care role is advantageous.
- Available to work flexible hours at events which may require travel and weekend work.

The day-to-day role includes:

- Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks and running event reports.
- Support with the ongoing management of event ticketing platforms, apps and online mobile event guides.
- Attending regular team and event meetings.
- Administrative support where required for the wider Events team.
