We are looking for a Mission and Events Coordinator to join our award-winning team of events experts based in either Wellington or Auckland.

**He aha tāu e mahi ana | What you’ll be doing**:
You will provide coordination support for the delivery of world-class missions and events for NZTE’s Customer, International and Investment teams, amongst others. You’ll support the team by assisting with superb mission and event planning, administration and delivery. Assist the team in scoping the deliverables, logistics, project plan, budget and stakeholders for virtual, hybrid and physical events. Supporting the Programme Manager - Missions and Director of Missions and Events in the planning and execution and Prime Ministerial and other trade missions.

**Uber organiser**- can make schedules, organise diaries and co-ordinate events. Great at managing multiple needs, priorities and expectations, while still delivering a positive experience.

**Flexible **- can eliminate roadblocks without being knocked off balance by the unexpected. Can effectively cope with change, can decide and act without having the total picture.

**Outstanding communicator** - able to build rapport quickly and respond to client needs. Can adjust personal style as required, and tell persuasive stories. A deep listener who can quickly understand what is needed (not just what is wanted). Skilled at having honest conversations and challenging others with confidence.

**Awesome customer focus** - An ability to manage multiple needs, priorities and expectations to deliver to a high standard and a proactive approach, actively seeking work.

**Extras** - Previous event administrative experience preferred, including, registration management, events software, virtual event platforms and/or e-marketing platforms and proficient in the use of the suite of Microsoft Office software and/or CRM systems
