**As we prepare to move to a single operator model for the Duty Free Operations at Auckland Airport, we are looking to bolster our support teams** with like minded professionals with an interest in growing their career with a global leader, with a local heartbeat.**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team at Auckland Airport.
We are looking for an outgoing and mature personality to be a dependable point of contact within the cash office. You will be committed to building and maintaining strong relationships both within the business and with our external stakeholders. Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be expected to manage the cash office and provide support to our store teams.
**About the role**:
- Management of the cash office including identifying discrepancies to be highlighted to management
- Oversee rosters and workforce management
- Office and stationery supplies for all our AKL stores
- Couriers and administrative tasks as required
**To execute this role efficiently and effectively our CEO is looking for someone with**:
- Solid experience in administration
- Strong financial acumen
- Advanced experience with the Microsoft suite
- Flexibility and a positive can-do approach with a strong focus on customer service
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
