We are looking for an experienced Business Services Manager to provide high-level day-to-day administrative, resource and financial planning, and to support the overall operation of our Early Learning Centre in Auckland.

- Flexibility, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn the business process are a must.
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.
- Dependable leadership skills that can lead other admin staff.
- Have great time management skills that can provide information in a timely manner.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in developing & implementing administrative policies & procedures.
- Have a solid grasp of resource management & business negotiations.
- With a strong background in business and finance/commerce.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc) and creative presentation skills.
- Must have at least three years work experience in a similar industry.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
The start date for this position will ideally be as soon as possible. This is a Full-time position (40 hours a week and days of work are Monday - Friday).

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- similar industry work: 3 years (required)
