Mō te Tūranga | About the Role:
As the Administration Coordinator, you will manage all administrative functions for our Tobacco Customer, ensuring efficient order processing, returns management, and seamless communication with clients and suppliers. You will also provide support to warehouse operations during staff absences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate reports for all goods receipts and monitor damages.
- Process returns within 7 days of arrival and manage supplier orders.
- Release orders in SAP and monitor weekly KPIs.
- Handle inbound goods and ensure efficient container management.
- Deliver high-quality, error-free service to both internal and external customers.
- Address queries promptly and maintain accurate filing systems.

He Kōrero Mōu | About You:

- Secondary Level 2 NCEA, or higher preferred.
- 2+ years in a similar administrative role, preferably in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of office administration processes.
- Excellent communication, planning, and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.
