**Job Description**:
We have a great opportunity for an **Administration Manager** to join our **Corporate Solutions** team in our **Wellington **office.

We are currently seeking an experienced administrative professional who is looking to progress their career in this key support role. Working closely with the National Director and Director - Operations in our Corporate Solutions team, you will provide administrative support to optimise team operations, and deliver a positive and best-in-class experience for clients and guests.

**The value you'll add**
- Provide support to the Director of Operations and other Directors to establish initiatives targeting continued improvement in the operational process of the team
- Contribute to the ongoing projects and development, optimisation, and utilisation of IT systems, alongside the National Director and Director of Operations
- Personal Assistant support to the National Director as required, including diary management, travel arrangements, report preparations, etc.
- Manage general administration of the Corporate Solutions Wellington office
- Monitor and manage office expenses collaborating with the corporate accounts team
- Lead and deliver memorable and engaging events within the Corporate Solutions Wellington office

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years + in a similar administrative/support role
- Proficient with computer systems and database management
- A willingness to learn property based systems
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
