About the role
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) are seeking a Workplace Coordinator, in the Corporate Services Group.
The role holder will be responsible for the provision of effective and efficient administrative support for the Authority and will have a strong focus on providing an exceptional workplace experience. This is an office based role.
What we’re looking for
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Excellent written communication skills
- Familiarity with support service administration processes and experience in facilities management;
- Extensive experience in support services in a large organisation and/or previous experience in a corporate reception and/or administration role;
- Quality and systems orientated;
- Good networking skills with the ability to build relationships across organisational boundaries and within the industry and especially within the team.
- Travel booking experience would be advantageous.
