We are all about the delivery of class leading experiences for our Clients, their employees and guests and need great people to join our teams. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Services Coordinator to work at one of our leading Corporate Clients in the Wellington CBD.

As the Workplace Services Coordinator, you will support and maintain the delivery of essential services required by internal customers and external clients within EY daily.

You will support strategies to meet client service requirements, providing regular feedback to key client contacts and maintaining a dynamic and committed continuous improvement approach.

Other tasks include (but not limited to):

- Meeting and greeting external clients and internal customers.
- Managing meeting room bookings and internal / client events.
- Restock and maintain cleanliness of the client floor, common areas.
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Assist in the service of all forms of catering.

**Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills**

You are a professional yet personable character and experience in a reception or Front of House role, you will be confident, and client focused with the ability to communicate at all levels. Other key skills include:

- An outgoing personality with positive attitude who has excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook experience
- Able to work efficiently and accurately
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to unexpected situations and cope well under pressure
- Take a customer-centric approach to your role
- Experienced in the delivery of a la carte dining services, have great waitering skills

Ultimately, it’s your attitude that’s most important to us, however previous experience within a Function/Banquet operation and/or catering environment is a must. You’ll need to be flexible and available to work across a variety of early, day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday.
