The T&C Manager is responsible for the management and successful completion of the Signalling system activities on field in line with project strategy, company policies (including EHS, railway safety, local regulation and professional standard) and project QCD target, under the Regional Centre Testing and Commissioning department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the QCD commitment for the Test and Commissioning scope of works.
- Pro-actively manages the internal interfaces with Engineering team and with the Client as well.
- Deploys the Test and Commissioning process on the field.
- Delivers Test and Commissioning plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training when needed for the Test and Commissioning team.
- Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field - Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics
- Ensures Safety compliance (Zero deviation), reports and anticipates issues
- Anticipates issues and reports / alerts on a regular basis to the ANZ Test and Commissioning Manager and to the Project director on progress, issues and risks on the project.
- Ensures that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context
- Monitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package T&C as per customer and solution / system requirements
- Issues the REX on T&C activities, and propose update / improvement of the T&C way of working / process / tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performance

**About You**:

- Tertiary Qualifications or relevant experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Highly experienced in Test & Commissioning and/or V&V activities for signaling projects
- Proven experience in management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives
- Deep knowledge of rail signalling ATS system and system integration
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including ability to interface with customers, partners and internal stakeholders including, V&V, Design, Installation teams
- Ability to travel to different field locations
