**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Administration Assistant **to join our **Corporate **team in our award winning waterfront **Auckland CBD **office.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional to provide administrative and marketing support to our **Executive Leadership team.**

**The value you'll add**
- Collaborate and assist with documentation for travel arrangements
- Create presentations, reports, and other documentation
- Develop and manage marketing and advertising campaigns
- Coordinate team and client events and meetings
- Maintain databases and systems
- Support the team to ensure success
- Assist with ad-hoc administration duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year of experience in a relevant administrative or marketing role
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient user of Campaign Track
- Intermediate level of competence with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, would be an advantage
- Willingness to learn and master property systems
