The primary role of the **Consumer Administration Assistant **is to assist the Consumer Sales team with general retailer queries as well as answer incoming phone queries and manage the sales inbox. You will liaise with multiple teams and get a great opportunity to direct your future with Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain.

For this role we are primarily looking for someone who has a customer-focused personality with a 'can do' attitude This position will be based in Parnell and could suit a final-year marketing/business student, graduate, or someone with experience in office administration/reception work or a customer-facing role. While it is currently a six-month contract, we will consider offering full-time employment for the right person if the opportunity presents.
**What you will do in this role**:
- Ensure phones are answered in 3 rings providing first-line sales support to all customers including stock on hand, ETA, pricing, and other related queries
- Assist with the entry of Consumer team sales orders as required.
- Communicate to retailers when a product goes end of life and ensure all backorders are cancelled in the system
- Respond to retailer queries around ETA's on orders - and provide track and trace details as required
- Assist Account Managers in processing retailer marketing claims and work to assist the team in getting this process automated
- Work with the Consumer Product Managers to build new line and price change documents to send to retailers.
- Process requests for rejected retailer orders, assist the Accounts team with credit claim queries and follow-up communications promptly
- Ensure all product return requests are processed smoothly and resolve any escalations promptly with the retailer
