**Enjoy a variety of duties such as**:

- Being the face of the business for all visitors, customers, and inbound phone calls.
- Be able to provide effective and efficient administration of accounts payable and general administration.
- Provide Back-up support and general assistance to the Finance Team.
- Work collaboratively to provide support to the wider business while maintaining compliance with company policies, relevant legislation, and accounting standards.

A comprehensive position description will be discussed with you during your interview.

**You will need these skills**:

- Sound Accounts Payable and general administration experience
- Practical experience using accounting software and MS Excel, as well as the ability to learn new software packages quickly and autonomously
- Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines while maintaining a stable performance
- Great communication skills while being enthusiastic and adaptive with the ability to ‘help out’ if required
