Join the team based in Mt Eden and immerse yourself in a fast-paced and exciting environment where you will gain comprehensive knowledge of how the New Zealand sport industry functions. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless team support.

12-month fixed-term contract, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, conveniently located in the heart of Mount Eden

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Provide exceptional support to all members of the internal and wider team.
- Assist General Managers with general administration tasks as required.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for the team, including rental cars, taxis, and hotels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants working within the shared office space.
- Liaise with facility providers, handle swipe card issuance, set up new profiles and logins.

- Extensive experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
- Positive can-do attitude, willing to take on tasks and complete them without complaint.
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team to accommodate the dynamic nature of shared office space.
