ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Conference and Office Coordinator to join our dynamic and supportive team. As the Conference and Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing service excellence to internal and external clients, as well as looking after the day-to-day Wellington office operations.

Great communication is essential for this role as our staff, clients and key stakeholders are important to us.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics including, catering, and audio-visual requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events
- Receive bookings, prepare quotes, manage invoices and purchase orders
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that may arise
- Ordering of office supplies
- Manage shared inboxes, calendars, and queries
- Assist with administrative tasks for staff, including access cards, couriers and travel

ABOUT YOU
You will be a calm, flexible, highly organised multitasker that shows initiative and is dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations of members/clients. Along with your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, you will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. What else you will bring:

- Previous hospitality and/or customer service experience
- Understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Office administration experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Hold a Duty Manager’s Certificate
