**What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga**

In this dynamic role, you'll provide critical support to our Transport Policy & Advocacy team, managing executive tasks, office operations, and coordinating travel. Additionally, you'll lead the logistics for our annual NZAA conference, a key event that sets this role apart from typical EA positions.
- Provide executive assistance and office management for the Transport Policy & Advocacy team.
- Manage travel bookings and coordinate meetings for the team.
- Oversee logístical arrangements for the annual NZAA conference.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient office environment.
- Handle financial administration and support the Procurement Centre of Excellence.

**About You | Mōu**
- 3-5 years' experience in conference & events management.
- Skilled in providing executive support and office management.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with BoardPro.
