**Duties include**:
- General administration
- Customer Service liaising with both internal staff and a variety of visitors
- Documentation work
- Booking travel and accommodation when applicable
- Data Entry administration and some excel reporting
- Filing, scanning and record management
- Fielding phone calls and managing mail
- Other adhoc administrative duties as required
**To be considered you will ideally have**:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to field queries from a wide variety of people
- Proven Senior administration experience
- Intermediate to advanced MS office knowledge and experience
- Flexibility to help out on a variety of tasks
- The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work
- The ability to work well both in a team and on their own
