We are proud to represent our client who is a leader in the professional services consultancy sector. They are looking for a Senior Administrator for 12 months to cover parental leave for one of their staff members. They are looking for someone to start ASAP

You will have a key role in providing essential administrative support to the Business Services Manager and the rest of the consultants. You will need to have a positive attitude, be good with time management, and be willing to jump in and help wherever you are needed.

The role is permanent full-time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. There is some flexibility for days to work from home once you are established in the role.

**Duties include**:

- Co-ordinating meetings and minutes
- Diary and Calendar review and updates as requested
- Entering/updating resourcing requirements, including annual leave requests
- Provide support, including secretarial, word processing, spreadsheet, and data processing support as required (including dictation, formatting, photocopying, printing, scanning, laminating, binding/collation, and distribution of reports and documents)
- Provide administrative assistance to the leaders including meeting coordination, minutes, and follow-up
- Process travel bookings and make any associated travel arrangements and organise events
- Undertake tasks relating to Office Health and Safety requirements
- Provide assistance with arranging building maintenance if required
- Organise client events, internal events, functions and presentations
- Provide backup support to other roles and responsibilities including Reception/phone answering
- Other office duties as required

**To be considered you will ideally have**:

- Previous Office Administration experience
- Project coordination experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word
- Proficiency in dictation typing and experience in a consulting environment would be desirable
- Highly organised, proactive, and reliable
- High level of accuracy and an excellent eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both in-person and over the phone.
- Excellent computer skills and be computer savvy
- A full and current drivers license.
