We have a fantastic opportunity available for a confident and highly efficient administrator to assist with coordination of the medical workforce at a large healthcare organisation based in Grafton.

This is a temporary opportunity working full time hours (Mon-Fri) for the next 3-4 months, with potential for this to extend. Full training is provided for this role.

**The Role**
- Coordination of the locum bureau
- Ringing medical to see if they are able to fill any locum cover required
- Attending daily meetings with senior medical staff to understand the gaps they have
- Handling general workforce queries e.g pay/annual leave queries
- Great people skills and ability to effectively build relationships
- Background in HR/recruitment would be an advantage
- Confident dealing with senior members of staff regarding staffing requirements
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to cope with a busy and at times stressful work environment
- Intermediate MS Office skills
