**About the team**

Works Programme is a key group within the core operational groups here at WEL. As a group we always aim to deliver work within targeted times, meeting and exceeding customer expectations, with a workforce model which is capable, scalable, and adaptable to shifting demands and requirements. - Five years’ experience in the distribution network environment - knowledge of the WEL distribution network would be an advantage
- A proven commitment to safety in your work
- Advanced knowledge in Safety in Design and delivery principles for distribution networks

**Staff Benefits**

At WEL, we look after our people - from full medical, life and income protection insurance cover, and a variety of flexible working options, to the safest equipment and plenty of upskilling opportunities. We will also help you with relocation expenses when moving into the Waikato.

We are committed to making sure our people go home safe every day, and with a drug and alcohol-free worksite we will require you to undertake testing as part of your pre-employment health assessment as well as participating in our annual health assessment programme.
