**About the Role**:
This is an opportunity where your expertise in technical and product support takes centre stage. As a pivotal contributor, you will be responsible for delivering unforgettable assistance across a range of leading brands within New Zealand’s Marine, RV and Leisure industries. Your dedication will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Thorough training on the company’s systems and diverse product range will be provided.
**Your Day**:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide technical solutions to customers across our range of marine electronic and power related products.
- Collaborate with and support the Sales Team.
- Continual technical product discovery including keeping informed about product warranty changes.
- Assist and work within supplier guidelines.
- Liaise and maintain relationships with suppliers and technical agents.
- Assist with phone and sales support when required.
**The Essentials**:
- Previous work experience in marine, automotive or similar role.
- Tertiary qualification in an appropriate electrical discipline.
- Technical understanding of electronics including 12v and DC systems.
- Good comfort level with electrical diagrams, wiring and using specialist tools.
- Passion for the marine and RV industry with an interest in all things electronic.
- Current full NZ Driver's License as travel may be required.
