**Ko tā mātou mahi **|** Our role**
The Customer Resolutions Specialist - Technical supports the swift and effective management and resolution of customer complaints through providing technical expertise and advice to the team, our customers and stakeholders.
This role has a specific focus on preventative measures and resolving issues and concerns with customers before they get to formal complaint stage, with an end-goal of ensuring Vector’s customer relationships support the growth of Vector’s businesses and protect its reputation.

- You’ll have an excellent understanding of the technical side of what we do, ideally with a background in electrical engineering, electrical trades, or electrical networks
- You’ll have a strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience; experience in complaints resolutions is advantageous
- Your interpersonal skills will be your strength, helping you build effective relationships both with customers and internal and external stakeholders
- You’ll have a keen eye for spotting opportunities for continuous improvement, coupled with the drive to implement them.
