**The Opportunity**
**The Role**
This role is instrumental in Rabobank delivering on our growth plans and forms a key part of our talent strategy. The role encompasses both strategic and operational aspects. Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:
- The continuous improvement of the Programme to ensure our graduate offering remains competitive and attractive
- Designing learning pathways to ensure the continued development of graduates, including both technical and soft skills.
- Managing key relationships with tertiary institutions, university societies, faculty as well as other external stakeholders.
- Working closely with the business to organise the graduate rotations, in line with learning objectives
- Managing and facilitating the graduate workshops to develop and empower graduates
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across the business, and developing a strong understanding of graduate requirements, team structures and our Rabobank Culture.
- Monitor Program success across a number of areas including graduate experience, engagement, feedback, ROI and performance reviews.
**Who we are looking for**:
- A genuine passion for working with graduates and developing early career talent.
- Experience in the design and delivery of Graduate programs.
- Broad experience in leading campus recruitment.
- Knowledge of current issues and trends in graduate management
- Have a naturally engaging style, and the ability to confidently present to graduates and facilitate group sessions.
- Experience using data and analytics to inform strategy and make improvements to hiring and on-boarding.
- Tertiary level HR qualification or equivalent is preferred.
