**About the Role**
The Enterprise Programme Manager reports to the Head of Transformation Office. The Transformation Office is focused on driving a velocity of change that is right sized for our business, to enable innovation and to ensure complex programmes of work are effectively delivered.
The Enterprise Programme Manager will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team that has full visibility of work programmes, change projects, and continuous improvements along with an integration of operational workload is critical to ensure strategic alignment, and effective execution to drive LIC’s strategy.
This leadership role has a team of Product Owners along with the Portfolio Manager and Business Analysis Lead as direct reports who in turn manage their respective teams of programme delivery leads and business analysts.
You’ll be a member of the Transformation Office to integrate performance targets into business-as-usual work to ensure LIC meets its aspirational goals. You will ensure that there is regular communication with the Senior Leadership Team and the Chief Transformation Officer to progress initiatives, deal with any roadblocks, and ensure the plan for your workstream is achieved.

**About You**
This is a senior and highly visible position, and to be successful in this role you’ll have the following:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience, SAFe Certification(s) DESIRED - SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) or Scaled Agilist (SA).
- Portfolio top level planning experience required, preferably in a lean PMO. Proven ability to drive change management with limited guidance.
- 10+ years of experience leading large scale and complex Technology (agile and waterfall) projects.
- 5+ years leading large scale transformation programs, involving business process and change, organization change, and multiple large scale technology components.
- Financial knowledge and acumen to support a portfolio of innovative and business improvement projects and initiatives with regard to benefit realisation and cost impact
