**About this role**

As our Kairuruku (Programme Manager) - Mātauranga Māori you will support the assigned programme through ensuring the continued support of stakeholders, programme fitness for purpose, compliance, delivery quality and alignment with Te Wānanga o Aotearoa values and strategic objectives.

37.5 hours per week

As a Kairuruku (Programme Manager) - Mātauranga Māori, you will:

- Meet with the relevant professional community.
- Prepare and produce any and all relevant reports.
- Ensure correct financial planning and the accurate reporting of income/outgoings.
- Work with sites to ensure programme delivery is of high quality.
- Plan and deliver training for the Kaiako Investment Training (KIT) hui.

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who has the following:

- Master Degree in a field related to the programme(s) of responsibility
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Sound understanding of the NZ Qualifications Framework
- Full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
